Secret Reporters

Findings have revealed that, the Rector of NTA TV College Jos, Halima Bewell, is involved in fake admission scandal in the institution.

The TV College is affiliated to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, where the degrees of the institution are awarded to graduates of the TV College. But highly placed sources informed Secret Reporters that, the Rector, and her management team had issued fake admission numbers, and were assured that they will graduate.

Few years after, the students’, who are at the verge of graduation, have been told they can only graduate, but won’t be mobilized for NYSC, as the management have told them they were given admission numbers, yet were collecting heavy school fees without letting the students know they were fake students.

There are planned protests in the institution, over what the students termed wickedness on the part of the management for issuing them fake admission.

The Rector and the management, last week paid a visit to Ahmadu Bello University, to try to resolve the issue, and stop the embarrassment that will befall her and the institution, as the students are yet to be briefed on the outcome of the ABU visit.

As at the time of this report, a text message sent to the Rector which was delivered, was not responded to.
