… Says 232 votes is higher than 280
Authentic information available to us has revealed how Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State, Hon. Oseloka Obaze (SSG Anambra State), Hon. Dubem Obaze (former commissioner for LG and Chieftancy Affairs), Hon. Chinwe Nwebiri-(Speaker Anambra State), Hon. Afam Ogene (House of Rep member representing Ogbaru), Pastor Onochie Obiorah (APGA Party Chairman, Ogbaru LG), Nzemeka Olisa (former Chairman ASUBEB) and Retired Col. Izukanne Paul Chukwunyelu manipulated the results of the Local government election held on 11th of January 2014 to favor its candidate, Anthony Ezeolisa, who is widely acknowledged to be an illiterate.
We gathered that the election in Atani Ward 1, Ogbaru LG was delayed just like every other local government, but the materials arrived without the returning officer and the original result sheet. The voters who were angry over the development were assuaged bu the supervising presiding officer for Atani 1, who promised them that the returning officer will return with the result sheets before the end of the voting, which prompted them to cast their votes.
In the various polls where the elections held, these results were secured by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidates.

After the voting, the returning officer, Miss Adaora Nzekwe never showed up to collate the results as stipulated by the electoral laws of Nigeria, but she connived with some APGA top shots to desecrate the traditional rulers council by stuffing ballot papers and raising results to favor the APGA, but it is on record that one of the contestants, Mr Dubem Obaze who was present congratulated the winner , Mr Onyedika Nwakonobi of the PDP
