Corruption has been perpetrated in Nigeria that it is now a maze of puzzling facts and agape revelations.

Following yet to be identified crisis in a community in Delta State,  Okechukwu Nwanguma, the National Coordinator of NOPRIN reached Secret Reporters has made a heavy allegation against the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Mr Festus Agas. He made the revelation on his facebook wall.

“It is a revelation made by leaders of Ugborodo land on the 21^st of September, 2017 about one Ayo Ayomike, Secretary to Austin Oborogbeyi (the imposed chairman of Ugborodo Community Management Committee) and one Alex Eyengho who boasted to Churchill Omadeli (one of those currently in prison) that Ovie Festus Agas (SSG Delta state) bribed DIG Hyacinth Dagala, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (FCIID), Abuja with the sum of Thirty Million Naira(30,000,000)”

The information gathered by Secret Reporters stated that the discussion took place at the DIG’s waiting room, at the Force Headquarters, on the day the parties were invited for interview.

Nwanguma also alleged that Jolomi Metseagharun, the duly elected chairman of Ugborodo Administration Committee was told to step down or risk being imprison for a long time.

In his words, Nwanguma said that ‘this corruption allegation calls for urgent investigation.’

The SSG has become notorious of late, making comments unbecoming of a government official. Few weeks ago, one of his indigent kinsman approached him to assist in paying his fees for Masters Degree. Agas looked him in the eyes and said, “I don’t have a Masters and you want me to pay for your Masters. I didn’t use Masters to get to this level. Leave my office my friend”. The young man left in tears to another top official of the governor who paid the fees in full.
