FACES OF THE 14 DISMISSED POLICE KILLER SQUAD AND HOW JUSTICES ASHWU EWA AND OGBOJO OGAR ARE AIDING THEM TO ESCAPE JUSTICE

Secret Reporters
Despite evidences before Justice Ogbojo Ogar in his court against the 14 dismissed police killer squad, who extra judicially murdered six Nigerians in Calabar, in September, 2014, there are continued efforts to deliver judgment in favour of the dismissed policemen, by one Justice Ogbojo, due to the influence of Justice Ashwu Ewa, and his sole interest to free his younger brother, Raphael Ewa, who was summarily dismissed from the Nigerian Police, in his complicity in the extra judicial murder in 2014.

Sources said, Justice Ewa has combed the State Ministry of Justice in Calabar, to mount unnecessary pressure on anyone in the Ministry, who is perceived to have an interest in the seeing that justice is served in the case.

According to the Pathologist, at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Dr.T.I Ugbem, who conducted the autopsy on all the corpses, he confirmed that, all six corpses were shot at the same position, and he was only doing his job to ascertain the cadavers that were brought in.

There are pointers that with the collaboration of both Justices, feelers, have maintained that, the aim of both justices, who are now united in injustice, is for the case to be ruled in favour of the dismissed killer squad policemen, so that, the matter can get to the Appeal Court.

In reaction to our last report on both Justices, some lawyers and Human Rights Activists, have said, all eyes are on the Cross River State extra judicial killing, as they are currently watching every step of Justices Ewa and Ogbojo in the case.
