Secret Reporters
Some are born thieves, some achieve thieving skills and some have ‘thiefness’ thrust upon them. The first seems to be the stuff that Delta State immediate past Commissioner for Environment and currently a Director General, Frank Omare, without specific duties under Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is made of.
Fact findings by SecretReporters can authoritatively report that Mr Omare has never worked in the private sector since 1999 when he was first appointed a personal assistant on youth development to Ex-Governor James Ibori, with office beside the famous Urhobo College road, Warri.
With various political positions given to him by various Delta State governors, this medium learned that Omare who’s an alleged sponsor of militants used his position to steal from the Delta State treasury to build an estate valued at N1.2 billion according to our multiple sources.
The sprawling estate is located at Apala Road, directly opposite The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Day Spring Arena by No. 26 Apala Road, Enughe Junction, Okumagba Layout, Warri. A vivid description to those who need to locate the property, you can pass through Airport road by entering through Fani Kayode road to the end to link to Okumagba Estate road. On the left of the end of Fani Kayode street is Idama Plaza, which is the first building on Apala Street. A little walk into the street is the over fifteen buildings fenced estate by the left facing the Redeemed Church and painted yellow.
A block of flat in the estate owned by Omare goes for eight hundred thousand Naira.
