FANTASTIC CROOK: SENATOR BALA NA’ALLAH REPRESENTING KEBBI SOUTH CONSTITUENCY UNABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR 150MILLION NAIRA PROJECT ALLOTED FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL RENOVATION

Aside the Federal government budget presented annually, a statutory sum of N100billion is officially allotted for the execution Of Zonal Intervention Projects (ZIP) in all 774 local government by the Ministries, Department, and Agencies (MDAs) that make up the Nigerian federation.
The initiation of this project (also known as Constituency Project), formally introduced in the year 1999 by the past president Olusegun Obasanjo was solely aimed at redressing the economic and infrastructural deficit amongst other problems emanating across the country but gluttonous politicians like Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah, representing Kebbi South Senatorial District like a ravening wolf dubiously sought out diverse means to pocket these special funds for their personal gain.
Information gathered by SecretReporters reveal that in 2018, a whooping N1,300, 000,000 (One Billion, Three Hundred Million Naira) was officially signed and released by the federal government to Senator Bala following multiple proposals including N150M meant for the rehabilitation of Maga Model, Primary School and construction of a solar borehole in Danko local government amongst other proposed constituency projects which he submitted as his 2018 Zonal Intervention Projects.
Despite the huge allocation, this online news medium leared that the fantastic crook who appears to be blinded by his greed and lack of affection for his people untimely left the pupils and teachers at the mercy of reptiles and animals which has turned the building into a tourist centre.
It was also gathered that the Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority (SRRBDA), a Sokoto based construction company which was assigned to act as the supervisory body for the project from its beginning to completion was never mobilized to site as though they got a share of the Senator loot.
It would be recalled that, the heinous senator purchased a $45M Pilatus PC-12 airplane with registration number, 5N-BNG in 2018, purportedly bought through diversion and embezzlement of public fund.
