When the defunct Oceanic Bank was the most popular financial house in Nigeria, three men held sway, with Cecelia Ibru only answering the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. The main stability of the bank was Delta State funds and these three men were in charge. They are George Orogun, who was the General Manager of the Midwest Region but with office in Asaba and Emmanuel Duku as the Asaba Branch Manager. They were the shakers and movers of the bank behind the scene.
George is dangerously rich, according to credible information and audit report in our possession. His wealth is however not from personal hardwork but years of defrauding the bank and Delta State Government as Commissioner for Finance; this we can report authoritatively. SecretReporters promised to bring you his years in Oceanic Bank to date, that he’s the Special Adviser on Economic Matters to Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa and now gunning to go to the National Assembly to represent Ethiope East, which sources revealed to us that he’s the favored candidate to get the ticket.
As the Bank Executive Director, he’s alleged to be a chronic womanizer with customer’s money used to satisfy this urge. According to our sources in the bank, the year 2010 remains indelible in the heart of one of his lovers, whom he took very serious.
According to our sources, the lady named Tolu was posted to Delta State for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) where her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) was the defunct Oceanic Bank. We gathered that George wasted no time in frolicking with the Muslim Kogi born beauty and finally had his way.
During the burial of late Mr Matthew Adamaiko, she was the chosen one to accompany George to the event, where they played lovebirds. As she was about to leave the bank after her service year, she made one request, which was to own a school.
One of our squealer bird in the bank revealed that he wasted no time in complying with her wishes. Orogun bought a land along Mariam Babangida Way where a school was finally built for her in 2010.
Our search in Delta State Ministry of Education shows that the school was initially names Tolu Schools, but later changed to Ceedeez Hall School. He later married her, alleged a source.
“If George was not bereft of moral decency, how would one explain the fact that he converted a young corps member posted to his office to a second or third wife? Maybe that was the ulterior motive he had for building the school for her with stolen wealth.
Attempts made to get across to George were not successful, as his lines were busy.
