Barring any last minute change of plan, the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Owo, Mr. O. A Omotosho, according to a secret investigation carried out by us will be tendering his resignation letter very soon to avoid being sacked, and jet out of the country.

According to a very reliable source, the Ministry of Health has issued him a query asking him to explain his involvement in the petition written to the Ministry and copied to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Omotosho, who is a chronic womanizer, jumped the FMC Owo fence last week to evade arrest when the men of the EFCC came to pick him for quizzing.
Barely two days after the news went viral; we gathered that he invited his lawyer, Mr Ayodele Owoka to intervene. The lawyer demanded for the sum of N1.5 million to enable him settle the anti graft agency that will now reduce the heat on him and give him ample time to resign and fly out to the USA. The sum which was given by the desperate CMD backfired as the EFCC refused the money given to them, and arrested Ayodele who will be charged to court once investigation is completed.
The arrest of the CMD lawyer at their Ikoyi office was confirmed by the EFCC Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren. Ironically, Ayodele only presented N1.2 million to the EFCC investigators while pocketing the sum of N300,000 for himself.
The notorious ‘woman wrapper’ CMD is currently under fire for contract inflation, abuse of office, stealing, embezzlement and misappropriation of funds at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Owo, in Ondo State.
A source who spoke to Elombah.com said, “Please tell the world. The man is planning to leave the country to enjoy all those money he stole and kept in foreign accounts, in connivance with the hospital director of finance”
