THE MAN IS GOOD: DELTA REVENUE BOARD CHAIRMAN, MONDAY ONYEME RENOVATES DILAPIDATED SECONDARY SCHOOL TO A NEW ONE

The DBIR Executive Board Chairman Sir Monday John Onyeme has fulfilled the Promise made to the Indigenes of Onicha-Ukwuani Community as he Renovated 6 Classrooms attached with 6 Staff Offices including a Security House, also Donated 200 Chairs And Desk to Mixed Secondary School Onicha-Ukwuani in Ndokwa West LGA.

Onyeme who disclosed this during the Commissioning of the Renovated Classrooms, Chairs/Desk said he must not wait for the Governor before he will do the needful to better the lives of the People of Onicha-Ukwuani Community, he said the Governor cannot do it all hence those appointed must Support him in rendering Services that will transform the Well-being of the People in their Constituents ” The School was in a very ugly Shape and I took it upon my self to Contribute my quota by Providing Chairs and Desk and Proceeded by the Renovation of this Classrooms though I have also built a well furnished Library for the Mixed Secondary School ” he said.

While appealing to the Hon Commissioner for Basic Education to come to their aid by Providing more teachers for the Mixed Secondary School Onicha-Ukwuani, he said this is the only Secondary School in the Community and it will be of great importance if there are more teachers to take the subjects offer by the Students ” there is still more work to done and I believe with the Presence of the Hon Commissioner for Basic Education the fortunes of Mixed Secondary School Onicha-Ukwuani will be secured ” Onyeme enthused.

The Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education Hon Chiedu Ebie while Commissioning the Renovated Classrooms, Chairs and Desk commended the kind-heartedness and Commitment to Service delivery of Sir Monday John Onyeme, he describe Onyeme as a very reliable and Committed Personality who means excellently well for his People.

He maintained that the Okowa’s led administration came into office at a time when the nation is experiencing recession which has caused a sharp decline in the Allocation received from the Federal Government and also the workforce of the State is so heavy that is why the State has not embark on recruitment, he Promised to deploy more teachers to the Mixed Secondary School Onicha-Ukwuani as he advised the Principal of the School to always write to his office whenever they have any challenge.
