Emperor Peter Obi pulling down Upper Class
If there is anything Nigerian must not allow ever in
the constitution; it is that State Government must not be allowed to have state
police, at least, not with men like Governor Peter Obi who feels like lord of
the ring and emperor of Anambra State. That a governor who came into power
through the rule of law could brazenly abused the law, using the agent of
security to intimidate former childhood friends and political enemies is a slap
on democracy, which we purportedly claim to practice,

For crying out loud, why has Governor Peter Obi not
ordered the Nigerian Police to unconditionally release Chief Bonaventure Mokwe
whom he ordered his arrest, despite all glaring evidences that this man was
innocent of all the accusation plotted against him by his enemies? When has it
become a crime to be successful in a society that the governor has to
personally prune to size; simply because a man is a competitor of the
governor’s friend? What ‘crime’ has Bonaventure committed that should warrant
his being detained in SARS for over three months?
For many who are not familiar
with the case; here is a brief story of it as narrated by NOPRIN: “The police
arrested Chief Bonaventure Mokwe after a stage-managed police search of his
UPPER CLASS HOTEL in Onitsha on August 1, 2013 and the ‘recovery’ of
incriminating objects, including two old dry human skulls, two AK47 riffles and
some ammunition, as well as a military cap.
The police also arrested
10 of his hotel workers, including Mr. Justin Nwankwo a PhD student at the
Nnamdi Azikiwe University who works in the hotel to earn income to pay for his
academic program. The police then proceeded to the Anambra State Ministry of
Justice, Onitsha where Chief Mokwe’s wife- Mrs.
Nkiru Mokwe, a lawyer, works as a Chief State Counsel and also
arrested her.
Chief Mokwe and his wife
were brought back in handcuffs, left in a police vehicle parked opposite his
hotel and made to watch as the hotel was pulled down to rubbles on the orders
and personal supervision of Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State.
Governor Obi ordered the
demolition of the hotel without any prior investigation to ascertain the
veracity and credibility of the information he and the police claimed to have
received that Chief Mokwe is a ‘ritualist’. The Governor carried out the
demolition with the aid of his security details and a large number of Onitsha
youths whose leader has now been identified as the kingpin in the set up plot
against Chief Mokwe.
Prior to the demolition,
some police officers had watched as a mob of youth invaded, vandalized and
robbed several shops belonging to Chief Mokwe’s tenants in his Plaza located
beside the hotel.
The man who lodged and
planted the incriminating objects in room 102 of Upper Class Hotel and went
away with the room key has been identified as one Mr. Olisa Egbuchiem who
checked into the room under the disguised identity of John Obi. His father is
said to be in the mortuary business for several years. Also identified as the
chief plotter is one Mr. Ayadi Mba who contracted Mr. Olisa Egbuchiem to plant
the incriminating objects in the room. Many others who played various roles in
the whole set up have also been identified.
It is worthy of note
that prior to Chief Mokwe’ arrest and the demolition of his hotel, he had
written petitions to the CP Anambra and  the
Obi of Onitsha alerting them to the invasion of his Plaza/Park by some armed
youths led by the self-same Mr. Ayadi Mba. Mr. Ayadi Mba was said to have
assaulted, injured and dispossessed traders at the Plaza and also collected at
gun point all the money generated from the day’s business from the Plaza
caretakers.
Chief Mokwe had on
several other occasions alerted the police and traditional authorities in the
state about persistent threats by this same man and his gang, but no action was
taken by either the police or traditional authorities before this frame up
leading to his current ordeal. In all the cases of threat and attack which
Chief Mokwe reported to the police and to the Obi of Onitsha, the same group of
youths of Umudei village in Onitsha were involved. They were led by Mr. Ayadi
Mba who also hails from Umudei village.
Following the incessant
threats, harassment and attacks by this same Mr. Ayadi Mba on the life and
business of Chief Mokwe, and the failure and neglect by the police and the Obi
of Onitsha to respond to his written complaints, he approached the court and
obtained a court order restraining Mr. Ayadi Mba and a police officer whom he
was using to harass drivers in his Park. The Court issued restraining Orders
which were served on Mr. Ayadi Mba, the aforementioned police officer and the
Commissioner of Police, Anambra. A copy of the Order was also sent to the Obi
of Onitsha through his palace secretary, by one Mr. Dubem Chude. With this
Court Order, Anyamelum bus drivers started loading at Chief Mokwe’s park.
Rather than being
restrained by the Court Order, Mr. Ayadi Mba became more determined in his
excesses culminating in his hatching the frame-up  plot which saw him and others planting
incriminating objects on Chief Mokwe with the intent to use the police to
eliminate him in custody. Despite several petitions by Chief Mokwe’s lawyers
informing the Police authorities in Anambra about the criminal activities of
Mr. Ayadi Mba and his cohorts, and linking them with the planting of the objects
at the hotel, the police are yet to arrest them or commence investigations into
the complaints against them”.
This is the ocean that
Bonaventure has found himself under the emperor Peter Obi led leadership. It is
sheer wickedness and an unjustifiable act of illegality to continue to detain a
man more than three months after he was arrested over a phantom crime. Why
should people in authority partake in or acquiesce to punishing a man unjustly?
Why should a man’s business be destroyed to settle scores? Why should a whole
family, dependants and employees be denied the presence and responsibilities of
their bread winner and employer? In case Peter Obi do not know, the hotel he
illegally destroyed was built in 1973, when Obi was still a teenager, unsure of
his future.
For a man who grew up
with Peter Obi in the same street to be so humiliated despite his innocence
goes to show that the All Progressive Grand Alliance is a party formed to
enslave Anambrarians and yet they still come out seeking for their votes.
What manner of police
who went to arrest Bonaventure’s wife, who happened to be a lawyer that will
spit on a woman simply because she dares to ask why she was been arrested? Yes!
A policeman spat on Nkiru’s face. Whoever that police is, that committed such
evil act, should be brought to book, and even if the woman cannot identify
which of the police spat on her; all the policemen that went to make the arrest
should be filed out for them to identify who among them did such dastardly and
bastardly act. How could the police arrest an innocent woman and put her in a ‘Black
Maria’ as if she was a condemned criminal? Only in Emperor Peter Obi and APGA
will such take place.
Here is a man who has
not left his family for a full month in the past fifteen years, to be subjected
to trauma in prison, by the same government who use his tax to fund his
electoral promises for three months now. The real perpetrators have been found
and Mr. Obi should be bold enough to arrest them rather than keep an innocent
man in SARS, Akwuzu, Anambra State. The police must not allow themselves to be
used to shed an innocent man blood, for keeping him away from his family and
holding his freedom is tantamount to killing him. Such blood will always cry up
to the throne of heaven for justice and when it does, the repercussion goes into
generation. Let the police be warned that they do not share in the heavenly
punishment that awaits Peter Obi.
Nigerians must call
Governor peter Obi to order and not allow him to keep Bonaventure longer.
Failure to do this will eventually become a norm by our criminal political
leaders tomorrow; and who will cry our cause when we do not cry others now. “He
that will make his own liberty secure must guard even his enemy from
oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will
reach to himself”, says Thomas Paine.
We do know that Governor
Peter Obi has realized his foolery in hurriedly destroying the hotel and
incarcerating him away from public attention. We do know that the emperor
governor is afraid that the release of Bonaventure will spark of a legal battle
which will be detrimental to his image. We do also know that Mr. Peter Obi do
not want Chief Bonaventure to be released until the election will be concluded;
when he would have rigged Mr Obaino into government house, knowing that
releasing him now will be a bad image for the APGA candidate. But Nigerians do
not care what Obi and his political leaning is; he must be forced to release
Bonaventure Mokwe and apologize for all the hurt caused him while compensating
him for all he has lost; and until this is done, the media war that will
rubbish the APGA candidate has just begun. On this you can count on me that
APGA will never occupy the seat of power in Anambra State.
The time is ticking and
Emperor Obi must act fast before the 20th of October, 2013. It’s not
a threat but a promise. Men like governor Obi do not deserve to lead; neither
do they have the moral justification to install a candidate who will succeed them.
The continous detention of Chief Bonaventure Mokwe will be the Albatross that
will consume APGA in the November 2013 election.
These little things matter…

EXPOSED!!! DIRTY DEAL OF NIGERIA’S AMBASSADOR TO US; AS HOTEL BLACKLIST EMBASSY OVER PRESIDENT JONATHAN NON PAYMENT OF 2010 VISIT

…Owe Pan African Women Summit N81 Million

Fejiro Oliver

Alhaji Aliyu Mustapha addressing the women in an undisclosed location for a bogus press conference with illegal use of the summit name
Nigeria Ambassador to the US, Mr. Adebowale Adefuye who is known
for many dirty scandals has gotten himself into more shady deals and fraudulent
involvement, alongside some agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
According to a source who revealed to us on how the Adefuye and his wife,
Catherine Adefuye hijacked the 2010 Pan Africa women Leaders Summit, held in
Washington DC for Nigerian women leaders, and decided to go on disruption
and circumvention mission of the women for women event, hosted by the Pan
African Women leaders Networks (a USA based women organization) meant to
promote leadership and relationship between Nigerian women and her
American and international counterparts.

During the said event the Nigeria Ambassador lied to the
international community in attendance of the well coordinated event. According to information available to us, the women leaders extended
invitation to diplomatic missions, which also included the Nigerian Embassy,
out of courtesy and strictly for the purpose of invitation Unfortunately, the Ambassador deceived the organizers and took
over the process of hosting the women’s event haven suddenly warmed up to the
summit organizers, after downplaying several invitations to the event, and
following the confirmation of attendance by the Nigeria women leaders to the
Pan Awls Washington DC  women Summit. This ambassador also
initiated meeting with the summit organizers courtesy of phone call with a
special request to meet with Mrs. Carol Olubufunmi, the event chair organizer.
This latest gesture we gathered was a shock to the organizers considering
that this same office of the Ambassador had ignored and failed to acknowledge
receipt of several calls and letters of invitation to the summit, earlier
sent to Adefuye’s office, months before the surprise call which came barely a
week to the start of the event.
As a respect to the office of the ambassador, a 7 member
Pan African women leadership summit organizing team met with him in his office
at the embassy, during our first meeting with Adefuye, the ambassador did not
hide the fact that he was intimidated and undermine by the summit,
when he expressed his surprise at the clout of personalities including the
roll call of the US and Nigerian women leaders who were invited
and confirmed attendance to the women summit. He also said he was
interested in bringing in the embassy to be partners with the summit since we
have taken up the responsibility of the embassy, at this point the ambassador
was corrected by Mrs. Olubufunmi, that the summit was the private sector
contribution in promoting bilateral relationship between African women and her
US counterparts.  He then told the organizers that his wife Cathrine
Adesola Adefuye will be the chief hostess for the women of the Nigerian women
delegates.
Oblivious of Adefuye’s circumventing mission the
organizers accepted Adefuye’s request to collaborate and host
one of the programs at the DC Nigerian embassy, which he tagged
‘Ambassador Reception’. It was a strategic partnership with the embassy in
accordance of the summit policy the event goal of (accountability,
transparency, good leadership and democracy} and the organizers never
solicited nor requested for financial contribution from the embassy since
participants were required to make payment for summit attendants, with the
exception of the event guest of honor in the person of Hajia Amina Sambo, wife
of Nigeria Vice President, who was a rep of Dame Patience Jonathan.  After
the meeting, the ambassador introduced an embassy officer, in the person of
Sule Ahmed to the summit organizers and were told he
would represent the embassy and liaise with organizers for a hitch free
participation of the Nigerian women.
Sule was instructed to work and liaise with the organizers. On
the same token he advised the organizers from further preparation for the arrival
of the delegates  and in his words “who  might not turn up and
if they turn up might be fewer than indicated”. He was thanked for his
unsolicited advice and immediately obliged him with a copy of the four days
program with an assurance that preparation was already finalized, At this point
the ambassador insisted on being included in the program to enable him host the
delegates at the embassy with emphases that his wife should be named the chief
hostess of the event we then promised to alter the final program to accommodate
his request.
Sule Ahmed swung into action by scheduling a meeting which
included the wife of the Ambassador in the ambassador’s residence. According to
Sule Ahmed the scheduled meeting with Mrs. Adefuye was for a formal
meeting between her and Mrs. Olubufunmi and enable her have a better
understanding on how to participate and host the Nigerian delegates during the
Summit. Mrs Olubufunmi in company of a VP committee member met with the wife of
the Ambassador at her residence courtesy of transportation by the embassy.
Prior to the meeting between Mrs Adefuye and Mrs Olubufunmi team
the ambassador’s wife  requested to immediately accompany the organizers
on a familiarization tour to the Summits scheduled venues, Unknown to the
summit organizers that  Mrs Adefuye was on an understudy mission of the
summit program in anticipation to carry out the
sinister moves of the embassy. The organizers accepted Mrs Adefuye’s
request and the trio of Mrs Adefuye Olubufunmi and Ms Warlton all rode together
in a ride provided by the embassy to some schedule venues except the US
capitol.  Mrs Adefuye’s discussion during the ride was also in tune with
that of her husband, she also volunteered her own information and
unsolicited advice this time with some level of pressure.
At the Ronald Reagan Federal building which was the venue for
the summit conference, she was surprised at the capital invested in
preparation for the summit. While at the hotel accommodation place which we
house the guests, the source noted that they
were told of Nigeria officials porous reputation of evading payments and
indebtedness to  US hotels and that they are actually on the DC hotels
watch list for fleeing hotels with huge bills, with emphases on President
Jonathan’s entourage in his 2010 official visit .
SHAMEFUL ACT OF ADEFUYE ON EVENT DAY
On the night of the arrival of the Nigerian delegates, A male in
the person of one  Alhaji Aliyu Mustapha was brought in to the hotel by
the embassy for a meeting and introduction to Hajia Amina Sambo,  who was head of delegate  and it was later discovered
that  Aliyu Mustapha is a Washington DC metro  based person and
one of the regulars of the embassy with  the summit program, and in a
sharp move, quickly went into business and put up a parallel event to women
summit  in cooperation with Sule Ahmed, a supposedly protocol officer with
the embassy. While the Alhaji was meeting with Mrs Sambo, the other ladies in
her entourage were having a run around at the hotel lobby for non-payment for
accommodation, these women were at the hotel lobby till the wee hours of the
morning and were eventually checked in after a reluctant
payment  for three  nights by Mrs
Sambo’s protocol staff, blaming the organizers for not standing as guarantors
for the groups inability to make payment, we had no choice but to follow the
embassy’s advice to the organizers. Ahaji Mustapha became a regular visitor to
the head of the Nigeria delegates, while the organizers were deprived access to
the Vice President’s wife.

At the opening section of the event as the ceremony was going on, unknown to
organizers, Mr. Adefuye who is known as the scamming Ambassador in US,
stationed his cronies at the gate to turn back would be attendees for coming
late, while  his wife totally took
over the event under the guise of ambassadorial duties to Nigerian VIP’S, while
the ambassador in a manner synonymous with that of an area boy physically
disrupted the event and took over the microphone from the MC making
announcement of  changes of summit programs and venues to the
embarrassment of all international women at the ceremony.
Unknown to the organizers that event program collected earlier
by Amb. Adefuye was given to Sule Ahmed for the circumvention event carried out
by the said Alhaji Mustapha. Following the drama , Sule Ahmed made a
late night phone call to  the summit organizers, that he was instructed by
the ambassador to cancel further participation of the Nigeria women in
subsequent programs, because they were not capable of attending all the
networking programs and that Hajia Sambo had no prepared speech for a meeting
with the congress women.
In an ironical twist, the women leaders who have been written
off by the Ambassador of being unable to host an event that would host VIP, contacted
the Pan African Women Leaders Summit a few days later after the end of the
event with a suggestion for similar event that would have the full collaboration
of the Nigeria embassy, but the organizers would accept that on
condition of receipt of payment for the fraudulent activities of the embassy
championed by Amb. Adefuye including the Nigerian government officials
and wives of Nigerian officials.  Till date the circumvention group
led by Ambassador and participants are indebted to the Pan Awls in the amount
of the sum of N81 Million which is above $528,000

Demands for payments from the Nigerian Government through phone
calls and letters has met with several threats and accusations  by government agencies including EFCC, and
the attorney General of Nigeria.

CANCEL THIS RESULT, FOR INEC AND FG IMPOSED AGUARIAWVODO ON DELTA CENTRAL: DPP CRIES FOUL …LABOUR PARTY SETS TO MERGE WITH DPP TO FIGHT PDP

Fejiro Oliver

The Delta Central Senatorial bye-election which held
yesterday, amidst massive rigging and intimidation of voters by agents and
supporters of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the Democratic People’s
Party (DPP) has called for the outright cancellation of the election.
The party who made the declaration through a press
briefing by its senatorial candidate, Chief Ede Dafinone, noted that the
election which held on October 12th, 2013 was a complete sham, as
the scale of impunity, assault, molestation and violence by the PDP, thugs,
cultists and the security agents was just unimaginable.

The DPP expressed
concern that with this development, the democratic process in Nigeria is in
peril.

The DPP Chieftain, Ede stated that what happened on
the Election Day is a confirmation that the PDP will foist itself on Nigerians,
using the apparatus of the security agencies. He noted that their supporters
were openly shot at, maimed and battered by men who were supposed to be
guarding the electorates and the polling booths. According to the senatorial
candidate, INEC officials and NYSC ad hoc personnel bluntly refused to go out
to conduct the elections in several places; the government through the help of
security agents decided the outcome of the results in a clearly premeditated
manner.
“Because security personnel’s openly flogged and beat
up our agents and supporters everywhere without justification, we are able to
say that violent bias was used as a tool to coerce our supporters to abandon
polling stations. Because in various communities, security personnel watched,
allowed, participated in and supervised the hijacking of ballot boxes and other
election materials by PDP thugs and government officials, we are also able to
say that the so-called election was rigged with clear government approval”, the
party stated.
The DPP while acknowledging that there are no perfect
election systems everywhere however disagreed with the senatorial election,
saying that what they saw a resort to brute force to suppress the will of the
people of the Delta Central. “We did not lose an election. There has to be an
election before we talked about winners and losers”, Ede posited.
He faulted the election which declared Edesiri
Aguariawvodo as the winner as a naked criminality and imposition of a candidate
on the people against their will. “Therefore we reject whatever result
announced by INEC as it is not a true reflection of the democratic will of our
people. We call for an outright cancellation of the said election and any fake
result arising from same”, he stated. When asked if they will seek redress in
the court of law, the DPP noted that such actions may arise,

Fake NYSC member who turned out to be a PDP agent
Meanwhile, the Delta State Chairman of the Labour
Party, Comrade Emeka Nkwola has followed the trail of the DPP, calling for the cancellation
of the election and the results declared. He expressed fears that with the
outcome of the Delta Central Senatorial election, the prophecy that Nigeria
will cease to exist as a nation in 2015 may just come to pass as INEC and
soldiers who aided in the rigging are already dancing to the tune of the
prophecy.
“We will not accept any of it. We have written a
petition already and we are following it. We pay the soldiers from the tax
payers’ money and they must not use the guns we buy for them against the people”
avowed Emeka.
He dismissed the situation where the umbrella body of
the Urhobos, the Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU) will call them to a round table
to talk them out of taking any legal action, noting that the UPU is not a
party, neither do they contest in elections; hence they cannot tell them what to do.

We had earlier reported firsthand experience of the
rigging that took place in the various polling units across the eight local governments.
